SOLLECITAZIONE PUBBLICA DI OFFERTA PER LA GESTIONE FINANZIARIA DI FASC

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione del Fasc, visto il rendimento medio annuo atteso dagli investimenti mobiliari, valutata l’attuale ripartizione fra le varie classi di investimento, ha ritenuto utile al raggiungimento degli obiettivi della Fondazione ed al perseguimento di una efficiente combinazione rischio - rendimento, inserire in portafoglio una quota di obbligazioni convertibili ed a tal fine, nella seduta del 30 settembre 2015, ha deliberato di dare inizio al procedimento di selezione del soggetto cui affidare l’incarico di gestione di tale parte delle risorse della Fondazione ai sensi delle disposizioni vigenti. ...............

PUBBLIC OFFER FOR THE SELECTION  OF INVESTMENT MANAGERS DI FASC

FASC Board of Directors, having considered the average yearly expected return of investments and the asset classes currently present in the Portfolio, deems useful, for the achievement of the objectives of the Foundation and for the continuation of an efficient risk – return combination, to insert in the Portfolio an exposure to convertible bonds. During the meeting of the 30th of September the Board of Directors has approved to start the proceedings for the selection of the candidate to whom entrust the management of the allocated resources of the Foundation in accordance with current dispositions.
At value date 31st of December 2014 the total assets of the Foundation total €751,3 million, of which €368,3 million are invested in products and securities. ................
